I've no idea whether anyone knew what they were doing as I was too busy following the instructor! It was challenging as it was a struggle to remember the steps, but it didn't really matter as there wasn't any pressure to 'get it right', and hopefully my brain will improve in its ability to remember the sequences. It's a fun way to exercise both body and mind. I think the tutorials online are a great way to practise and remind you of the steps so that you're prepared for the next week."

icon "I saw the advert for your dance class on Facebook and really liked the idea of getting fitter and most importantly having fun! I don't really do anything just for me, as life is so fast and busy with work and looking after family. I was a bit apprehensive about coming to the class on my own, but knowing that it's a free taster session and no obligation to sign up helped a lot. I had no need to worry, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I realised that I didn't have to be a great dancer either and laughed throughout most of it. The session de-stressed me and gave me a lot of joy. I wanted to do more dancing, even though my feet and brain were clearly not connected!"- Kim Kennedy
