Our classes at our studio in Sheffield are covid-safe, non-judgmental and guaranteed to make you feel full of energy, laughter and joy!

  • You’ll learn a fun dance routine from a popular West End/Broadway musical! Don’t worry our routines are for ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes – even those who think they have two left feet
  • You will realise that having some quality time to yourself and being able to escape from everything for an hour makes you feel so much better. You’ll come away feeling more energised and happier – having fun whilst dancing really is a great stress buster
