“I was feeling unhealthy and needed to get into better eating habits, I had gestational diabetes with baby no 2 so am very aware that I needed to clean up my eating. I also never did any exercise so really wanted to get into a routine. I got support and feeling better in myself motivated me to try harder. I've lost weight, I feel healthier, I look healthier. I'm finding exercise easier. My eating habits have improved”
“I'm relatively "fit" but I know my diet was poor and with 2 young children I want to bring them up with a healthier mum! My energy levels have increased. I have satisfaction in finding willpower. I'm trying new foods and exercise and being more aware of what I am eating.”
