Feeling older than you are? Sedentary living starting to show?

Know you need to get fitter as you’re not getting any younger? Want to improve your fitness but no idea what you need to be doing? Feel anxious about joining a fitness class as you're worried you'll feel out of place and won't be able to keep up? Fear not. I am taking on new members and would like to invite you to come along to a Free 'Get me Fitter' trial session

  • During your trial session you will learn how to exercise effectively to get a whole body workout and understand why it is important to work all the main muscle groups.
  • You’ll learn how building strength and stamina now can keep you fit and strong long into the future.
  • You’ll work out in a small, yet fun and motivating group. If you need motivation and accountability to get you through your work out, then this group is for you!

Trial sessions are at 7:30pm on Tuesday at St Andrew's Church Hall, Ham. There are limited spaces for new members each month.
