These classes were recommended to me by my osteopath. At the time my back was damaged and weak, my left leg couldn’t hold my weight as its strength had all but gone, and I hadn’t done any serious exercise in years and I was certainly in my worst shape in years. Thanks to Perfectly Pilates, that’s all changed. The classes are fun and include a range of impact-free exercises to focus on building my strength and range of movement back up in a safe way. I’m now much stronger, fitter, healthier and happier!

I started doing Pilates again as part of my recovery from plantar fasciitis and associated problems and it has helped me to improve my running times because my balance is better and I'm more flexible and less prone to injury through doing these classes! These classes fell fun yet in a relaxed atmosphere and at the same time really get people to challenge themselves. Highly recommended!
