I thought I had to be flexible to do Pilates so was really nervous about joining a class as I thought I'd be the only one who couldn't touch my toes.....it turns out that I wasn't and Louise made the class relaxed and fun with lots of different options for the exercises. She was patient and explained everything so it was simple to understand. My body feels amazing!!!
